For years, I had a TV song from a 90s cartoon show stuck in my head (& if you've Googled any sort of lyrics trying to find where it came from then you're not alone. & if you're looking for this one in particular, then here it is):

“I’m in love with a big pink poodle,

He’s my man and he cooks me strudel,

Calls me sugar, sweet as candy,

He gets very nasty cause he’s my baby,

When the night falls, I take him for a walk,

He follows my footsteps,

Ain’t no need to talk.” Transcript & from online searches, so too had many others:

curryman54's question on this Blog ahleesa's Live Journal from 2005 - it's the fourth bullet point from the bottom up, & many others have searched for this show/song too. You'll see their comments under my video after I stumbled upon an episode & skipped to the end where the song I've had in my head finally played out, on the 2nd May, 2021. Now, I cannot find the original episode, & yes, I should have given credit to the original uploader then, but ironically, I cannot find said YouTuber. I did, however, find - Allt om Tecknat - TecknatInsamling, who also has so many other cartoons on their YouTube channel, plus one full episode of this show (I didn't search further for anymore episodes on his channel or elsewhere as it was the end credits I was looking for): Dog Tracer (Sherlock Hund) - En spådom för mycket (Svenska/Swedish) TV4

& then this is my trimmed version of that piece I was after on my YouTube Channel (there's nothing real interesting on there, which make me wonder why I have stores all these videos on my mobile but not on a literal Channel designed for this very purpose?):

Sherlock Hund (Dog Tracer) - End Credits (here are the details on that YouTube post):

2 May 2021 #80s #90sKid #SwedenI’ve seen a few posts over the years trying to find this song using these lyrics so I thought I’d snip this clip and give an end all answer to where it came from. Lyrics: “I’m in love with a big pink poodle He’s my man and he cooks me strudel Calls me sugar, sweet as candy He gets very nasty cause he’s my baby When the night falls, I take him for a walk He follows my footsteps ain’t no need to talk.” Disclaimer: I own nothing and am sharing it for entertainment/nostalgic reasons. All copyright are displayed in the clip.  #80s #90s #nostalgia #90sKid #Australia #Sweden #Europe #SherlockHund #DogTracer #TOMT #BigPinkPoodle

That amazing feeling to finally having an earworm answered is a wonderful relief. So if you've been looking for this song, & found this blog answering it, then you're welcome. Edit: to add a little more information to why this might've been hard/confusing to find, for some. The show went by a few different titles.

Internationally, it seemed: Dog Tracer, was its moniker (or Les Enquêtes de Dog Tracer, in its (half)-home country of France), but in places like Sweden (where the clips can be seen above), it's called Sherlock Hund. It was a joint venture between France & Taiwan & ran over three years with 26 episodes in total. Many of which seem lost or being held for ransom (a comment made on a post that I can no longer find so if you do please tag me in it). Until next time... :)

Should Stu Return in Scream 7

TL;DR: Bringing Stu Macher back in Scream 7  would be a fundamental betrayal of what the franchise is and has always stood for.  & here's why I think this: Stu is not ambiguously dead. Scream (1996)
